Eric brings expert knowledge in web marketing and ecommerce. He was integral in building the web marketing solutions and processes for a major web company before moving on to develop and implement web strategies for some of the world’s largest Fortune 500 CPG brands. Some of Eric’s clients have included Huggies, Kleenex, Cottonelle brands, Axe, Suave, and Degree. Throughout his career, Eric has functioned in key roles including developer, instructor, strategist, and entrepreneur. Development and training experience means that he knows how his solutions work and how to translate that knowledge to others, while entrepreneurship provided him with an understanding of the unique challenges that businesses face and the importance of measurable success. In addition to training hundreds of developers and sales people on web marketing best practices, advanced techniques, and foundational knowledge, Eric is currently teaching continuing education courses on email marketing and search engine optimization at St. Louis Community College.

Uniting the principles of smart design, creative technology and thoughtful execution, he has an innate ability to bridge the gap between form and function delivering creative Internet strategies with purpose. Matt joins SteadyRain in his role as Senior Internet Strategist from his previous position and an owner in a well-known St. Louis web development firm, Tower 29.

Wendy Buske brings a wide-ranging background to SteadyRain, having worked in education, non-profit and hospitality/retail. While getting her Associates in Business from Southwestern Illinois College, she had the opportunity to both act as a research and communications assistant for the school itself and work with non-profit organizations like Phoenix Crisis Center for Women and the Madison County AIDS project. She went on to study Public Relations and Marketing at California State University, Fullerton and continued her education at Southern Illinois University, Edwardsville. Wendy also spent several years in retail management, during which time she assisted the company with the generation of targeted marketing strategies and assisted with the redesign of their corporate website. Since joining SteadyRain in April of 2008, Wendy has provided SteadyRain and its clients with expert resources focused on Social Media and Email Marketing, Public Relations and Knowledge Management.

Lauren Hankins

Prior to joining SteadyRain, Lauren was an Email Marketing Account Coordinator for a major digital agency in Kansas City, Missouri. She managed various clients that included household name brands like Gordmans, Hallmark, and Gear For Sports.
Some of her responsibilities included project management and execution of direct email campaigns, as well as training new clients from the beginning of the relationship through the daily use of their email distribution tools. Lauren also provided consulting and strategy services on an on-going basis for clients around their direct email campaigns, leading best-practice seminars and providing ongoing guidance and recommendations throughout her client relationships.
Prior to her position as an Email Marketing Account Coordinator, Lauren held an Affiliate Marketing Specialist position working in the Internet marketing lead-generation industry. In this role, she helped clients grow their business by negotiating the most relevant and effective media buys for their online marketing campaigns.

She then became a consultant at a leading national electronics manufacturing company, where she developed IT policies, procedures, and disaster recovery plans. After graduating from Saint Louis University with a BA in Communication, Brandy worked for a national online advertising agency, specializing in online marketing, online public relations, and copywriting. To continue expanding her skill set, she went on to join a national public relations firm where she conducted traditional and online public relations campaigns with companies like Charter Communications, Golfsmith, IntelliChoice.com, Eloqua and Vignette. Brandy combines her wealth of SEO, online marketing, offline marketing and public relations knowledge with her unwavering commitment to learning.
