Challenge

YouTube personality The History Guy has hundreds of educational videos based on various history topics from all over the world posted on his YouTube channel. While his YouTube channel continued to grow, he needed to bring his marketing website up to date with a new look and feel giving his subscribers a way to browse videos, podcasts and articles. Through our site architecture defined during architectural consulting, we created a way for users to find videos by topic, location and time period. Each video can be viewed directly on the website instead of being taken offsite and back to YouTube. Utilizing the WordPress content management system, we also developed the site to support content relationships. Now, the user can see a video on WWII and any podcasts that correspond to that video will display on page as well. With this new website, the History Guy can now share his videos and podcasts from a single source promoting his wealth of knowledge on world history.
